Re: Pictures Only Please

Damn that's a shame. I hear you though. Not many options at all for our WK2s.

It says it right in his signature...

What I'm trying to figure out is if the wheels are true beadlocks or beadlooks?

Re: Does bigger treads = more rock chips

I went from milder tread AT tires (with about 12" tread depth) to much more aggressive tread on an MT (with 18" depth) and have way fewer rocks getting thrown than I did before with the AT tires.

Re: WK2 Lower Front Guard

I'm so jealous BigCat. Looks great all together on your Trailhawk finally!

And although I'm sad to hear about the delay, I like the continued efforts to get sellers stateside so I can actually...

Re: 2014 JGC Overland Off-road mod suggestions

If someone wants full use of the UHF band, then actually a license is required to use it legally. And my little ham radio covers UHF and VHF frequencies in the 2 meter/70 cm band.

A ham makes way...

Re: 2014 JGC Overland Off-road mod suggestions

While CB may work in some situations, unless you're within eyesight and on flat land, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who would respond for help with CB in a remote location.

A little HAM...

Re: 2014 JGC Overland Off-road mod suggestions

As far as an air compressor recommendation, I just got this VIAIR 300P Portable Compressor (http://www.amazon.com/Viair-30033-VIAIR-Portable-Compressor/dp/B000X90YUO) from Amazon a few months ago and...

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

Love the elitist put downs among other name calling. Honestly, I'd pay more for my Laredo than this new HA. That tacky black chrome makes my flat plastic trim look good.

Only my opinion though....

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

Because every other piece of "metal" on the Jeep is finished in something other than plain chrome, aside from the lug nuts and roof rails. ????

And almost every SRT I've seen that was altered to...

Re: RRO 2.5" lift vs Eibach All Terrain Lift Kit vs Old Man EMU - longevity

As far as I can tell, it's mostly a question of do you want to go with a lesser spacer lift (RRO) or with a more functional full suspension lift (OME, Eibach or Icon)? How often and what kind of...

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

I would've loved to see those being made. It'd make more sense than going back to the older style, to me at least.

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

Jeep must've had a ton of left over '11-'13 Overland wheels they felt like throwing in the mix for this HA.

Why would they go back to the old style??? Not that I don't think they look good, just a...

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

The mix of chrome, black chrome and the gloss black wheels seems so unnecessarily mismatched for another version of a JGC.

I'd at least like it all to be cohesive if they're going for a new look.

So many good things in the works from CP. Just saw some new additions I hadn't heard of yet.

- Rear Bumber & Bumper Guards
- Hidden Winch Mount
- Fender Flares

re: 2013 Laredo WK2: Matte Army Green build

That black trim around the taillights is extra classy. Not a fan of the army green, so much, but still looks very interesting.

Re: WK2 Lower Front Guard

So eager to find out when/who the U.S. distributors will be selling the Chief Products.

I can't stomach spending that much money right now on shipping from AU to the U.S. alone. :(

Looks great, FreeJersey!

Also liking the black bolts on the Bushwacker fender flares. Much cleaner looking than the chrome ones.

Re: Jeff's "Black Widow" Build

I think the reason for the lack of updates from Zybane is because he is deployed via military duties...So it's understandable.

Also eager to see the lighting setup, Jeff!

Re: Moab Wheels on my WK2 - 255/75/17 - Photos

Depending upon your spacer size, expect some probable rubbing issues with those 255/75/17's. It completely changes the backspacing and while that size fits on OEM offset, it probably won't with...
