Re: front lift to level

Umm... How much lift do you want? As I recall the rear sits 3/4" higher. A new set of bilstein struts will lift the front 3/8" alone. Add new isolators that arn't compressed like the old ones and...

Re: The complete (05-10) WK Grand Cherokee suspension thread

They will be over extended. Only use SRT Bilsteins with lowering coils. The SRT bilstein is potentially unsafe on a stock or raised coil since the SRT's are SHORTER and may top out and fail. If...

I'm sure you have looked at the pictures in the thread. The wheels fit fine, just clearing the caliper by the thickness of a credit card as they say. I've been running these wheels for over a year...

Haven't had those symptoms since I posted. But the next day my key fob started to go dead. I just put in a new battery. $3. I'll post again if it happens again.

Any updates on this? I have had the lights on my dash do nearly the same thing yesterday... And by the end of the day everything went back to normal.

Re: WK buying tips

Well I confess I do not have a 4x4 Jeep. Sacrilegious for a Jeep I know, but I don't offroad, live in sunny California, and 99% of the 4x4's I do see are more for fashion than grinding earth. So,...

Re: Rotors and Pads - R1 or other??

About 3000 miles and no fade yet. Ceramic pads do smell different from semi metallics when they get really hot though.... R1 rotors still have the cross grinding marks visible too.

Re: Moving to FL, do i really need 4wd ?

Here are two thoughts:

2wd = traction control. Only 4x4 can fully disable the traction control. Search for ESCAPE's lowered 4x4. It's one of the coolest rides I've seen on this website.

I...
