December was another good month for the JGC sales with 1431 vehicles sold. Prado 1065 vehicles sold.

December 2012 was JGC 794, Prado 1313.

The Captiva has an engine designed by VM Motori and built under licence by GM. The Cruze also uses the same engine. You could almost say there is a genetic connection between the JGC and Captiva:D ...

If it does work that way, when the trailer plug is plugged in the resistance of the lighting circuits would change, that's what would be sensed by the canbus.

The Jeep supplied 7 pin socket, from what I can see, doesn't have a built in reed switch and only has the 7 standard connection wires going to it. I don't know how the sensors become inactive unless...

I think you will find for the type of off road areas you would take a Prado, a Jeep would be more than a match for it.

Do a google map search of the Port of Brisbane. There is about 80% of the area that stores vehicles covered by mesh, you just would not want the one in the uncovered area to be yours.

From what I am reading there are only satisfied customers who have bought a vehicle from Cricks, which includes me.

They told me that as well, but the vehicle needs to be serviced exclusively by them, which I don't see that as a problem.

From the prices quoted for a towbar supply and fit, I think I received a pretty good deal. The dealer to supply and fit a genuine towbar $659(before lux car tax and stamp duty).

Except for the fuel pump failure and QC problem with hose clamp, all the problems appears to be software related. I hope those program engineers in the US are working overtime to get the issues...

I had a R51 Pathfinder with a colour coded ARB bar which looked good. I am hoping when ARB when released will look good also on the Jeep.
