Re: Adjusting Side Mirrors without Blind Spot Monitor

I've been adjusting mirrors this way since about 15 years ago when I was rocking a 1994 Ford Taurus.

I think you are discriminating against the older Jeep in the background. I don't think that's cool

Re: Jeep attraction

What's true in KY is not true in IL.

I will restate the obvious: if in KY, on the base, people go gaga over a Grand Cherokee, in Chicago people don't care about mass ownership of Jeep or a Grand...

Re: 3.6 V6 very low MPG

Why is your assumption "my failure" ? What argument are we having ?

Glad you are turning the conversation away from thermal efficiency and back to root causes of fuel economy misery and city...

Re: 3.6 V6 very low MPG

Why would you assume I forgot about it?

I will use your own answer on this one.

The thermal efficiency, best understood in layman's terms as horsepower per unit of fuel burned, is...

Re: 3.6 V6 very low MPG

The extremely cold weather and driving locally, with stop and go traffic, have absolutely nothing to do with poor fuel economy.

This is so true...in more than one way. It is true that the JK crowd has low regard for the Grand Cherokee. And it is also true that the Grand Cherokee is mostly a mall crawler.

I see dozens...

Re: Note... Please learn how to use 4x4 so you don't look like this guy

Just because he lost his temper doesn't mean there was a problem with the car. The only Jeep "failure" is that of the automaker failing to put better tires on the car from the factory. I found that...

Re: Driveway-rated ?
