Re: WK2 running Plastidipped Sahara 18's

Looks Good!

I still had the original tires and rims from my old JK Sahara and decided to see how they looked on the new GC Laredo. They were OK in stock silver, but I plastidipped them black and...

Re: Racked and Dipped

I haven't had it on the interstate yet, but so far at 55 mph and less I haven't noticed any noise. I just have the 2 cross bars and not the full rack, and they are mounted as far apart as they will...

Racked and Dipped

I installed my RRO roof rails and cross bars this weekend. While I was at it I decided to see how the Sahara JK rims would look plasti dipped black. On the first one I tried the silver metalizer to...

Re: First long hiway trip MPG

I just took my first road trip last weekend in my new Laredo v6. Around 700 miles mostly interstate at 72-75 mph. The v6 had to downshift a little more than my buddy's hemi overland on the hills,...

A few more mods

Added chrome fog light bezels, Grand Cherokee lettering, and front window tint. The tint doesn't exactly match the back, but it is NC legal. The RRO roof rails and cross bars are on the way. I...

Re: Miss the Wrangler but loving the new Maximum Steel GC

I wish that would have been an option, but I just couldn't justify another car payment to have an "extra" car. It sure was fun though, especially when it snowed and the kids wanted to hit the trails....

Re: Miss the Wrangler but loving the new Maximum Steel GC

Thanks for the compliments. I am missing the JK less every time I drive the GC! Removing the chrome was a 15 minute process with a hair dryer and a little fishing line. My buddy has a black Overland...

Miss the Wrangler but loving the new Maximum Steel GC

Hated to let the wrangler go, but it went from fun vehicle to daily driver with the new job and with two kids and weekend travel for sports, it just wasn't getting it done. My first choice was white...
