Re: Trade In Advice

Well I just traded in my 2012 Overland V6 last month with no extra options aside from the off road package. It only had 12,000 miles and the dealer gave me $36,000. So your Jeep may be at a bit less...

Re: 2011 laredo subwoofer

What model Lardeo do you have? Is it the X? I thought that standard base Laredo's don't even have a grill there. From what I have seen it looks like they have a cut out where the subwoofer would...

Re: Need advice- trading from 2012 to 2013?

Unless you really dislike your color combo, I say keep what you have. The difference is just not that much.

Re: Disable auto-dimming mirrors?

Go figure that Jeep would leave that out of the manual on the 2014. Well there should be some way to disable it. No option in the EVIC?

Re: Disable auto-dimming mirrors?

Yes, there is a power button on the interior rear view mirror. It will turn off auto dimming of all the mirrors.

Re: Could not find a thread to stick this review - CNET

Brian Cooley does some pretty real and fair reviews. He does not surgar coat anything. I think it was a fair review of the Jeep. They mostly focus of the tech of the car, which apparently it got...

Re: What Gas Station do you use?

I always fill with Shell. I used to go to a Safeway fuel station, but I swear the Jeep runs smoother on Shell gas.

Re: Need Advice - ORA Package or Not for Overland V6?

Well I have a 2012 Overland with the ORA pack II and the V6 and I think it was well worth it. I don't care much for the 20in wheels and am very happy I got the skid plates. I have had items in the...

Re: Quality Control?

It does not really seem like Chrysler is real big on quality control. Between the cars I've owned from Chrysler, a 2011 Charger R/T, 2012 Durango, and my 2012 Grand Cherokee, the Durango being the...

Re: Windshield Quality Issues

My 2012 windshield also had a dirty streak between the glass layers. The dealer replaced the windshield without hesitation. The second windshield is perfect.

Re: Jeep on the beach

Well you will have at least several inches. I think the ground clearance is 8 inches or so from the factory?? That should be more than enough to keep sand from building up in the undercarriage.

Well that sucks. I had very similar issue with my 2012 Durango. It would freak out and all the lights would come up on the dash. The Durango became undrivable, lights flashing, no turn signals,...

Re: Sap on leather seat

You may want to try a bug/sap remover. Just lightly spray a little on the sap and let it sit. These sprays a usually more of a gel then a liquid so it should be a pretty focused spray. You may have...
