Re: Ouch! Starter motor will not disengage.

Cut out the middle man, I found the PCM/WCM all on my lonesome.

The little 'running on' of the starter did it again.

Re: Fuel door won't pop open

Yep, I don't touch stuff like that where the car is under warranty.
Had it at Jeep yesterday for the 2 recalls and they check fuel lid.
Actuator needs replacing.

Lets see if they come good.

I do not know where the solenoid is. Let me know and I can check it.
Is it behind the dash or near the fuel cap?

Thanks.

Re: Ouch! Starter motor will not disengage.

Did it need replacing? How long was car off the road?
Was the part readily available, i.e Melbourne?

Where is the TIPM located on the vehicle?

Thanks.

My GTS parked next to our Overland sets the alarm off every now and again. Its not overly loud but it does shake the walls in the confined 2 car garage.

Re: E-tag placement

I hear they have new tags out now that are a fraction of the size of the one we have now. If they are as small as what I hear, I'll be getting these new smaller model E-tags.

Re: E-tag placement
