Tore it appart yesterday and yes it is the plastic accuator gear. Picked one up this morning and will reassemble. Hopefully everything lines up (No identifying markers).

2012 Overland 5.7L. My HVAC started acting up this week. The driver side works well and the A/C is cold. The passenger side only blows warm. I can not sync the two. I checked the freon levels...

Mine just went this weekend. Same side as well. Looking at the responses below this seems to be a common "burn out" problem. Indicator of something else?

Great post. My seat memory and easy entry stopped working when I moved the seat all of the way to the rear when I was changing the brake and gas pedals. Too bad this is not in the manual.

Figured it out.

I just took the pedal assembly off (three nuts) and it slid on easy.

They look great.

I have installed the MOPAR brake pedal cover and it took time as everyone says but not too difficult. Just lots of patience.
