First, check under your rear bumper to see if you are prewired for the hitch. If you are there will be a set of wires that are tie wrapped and capped. Prewired is what the write up is for.

I got the hitch kit and trailer tow harness (I ended up being already prewired) from a local dealer. The kit included everything needed for the install except for 4 plastic rivets, and 2 plastic...

You already have the wiring from the fuse block to the rear, but you will need part #2 in the drawing. Unfortunately, I don't know that dodge part number so I purchased the whole trailer tow...
