Re: How has no one wanted to put HID's in there cherokee?

While I have no idea why no one's tried it, the bulb in our housings are the same as the projector low-beams on the 2013+ Dodge RAM pickups. So the kit can be found here:

Re: Quality Control Lots?

Sorry, I forgot to mention its the 8.4AN. Whatever issues I see with it seem to just be software bugs. At the worst I've had to shut the car off and wait for the accessory time-out for things to...

Re: Quality Control Lots?

Mine showed up right off the truck with 63 miles on it. So far no issues with the Jeep either.

My only "issues" is that Uconnect seems to get a little lazy/slow at times. However there is a...

Re: Trailhawk tires

Honestly I think the data card might be wrong, as I tried deflating a tire down to 33psi and got a low pressure warning. I will inflate it to the tire's recommendation, since the Trailhawk tires are...

Re: Anyone going from a GC to a Cherokee?

In VA you don't get a sales tax credit at all - trade in a vehicle and you still pay full sales tax. So I traded in the GC for the Trailhawk. Ended up paying $7300 for the trade including an extended...

Re: Jeep Cherokee 2014 Trailhawk

It is too soon to tell but I think the only thing missing between the projector lights on the TH and the Limited would be the assemblies that usually auto-level the light son bumps and such. Other...

Re: 2014 Cherokee Front Seats Comfort?

SwampLife said it the best. I traded in a 2013 Grand Cherokee for my 2014 Trailhawk and the seats were #2 on my list of likes for the vehicle past a better fuel economy. The difference is night and...

Re: A year in my TRAILHAWK

In this case it definitely would be. I am glad that a dealership honored the USAA price for the vehicle because it was a good 9% lower than MSRP. And this dealership didn't gouge me on my trade-in so...

Re: A year in my TRAILHAWK

Sadly some dealerships have realized that fact of what they are selling and the price. Apparently here in Hampton Roads VA, the Trailhawks are in "such demand" that most dealerships are pricing them...

Anyone going from a GC to a Cherokee?

I just got back from deployment a few weeks ago - which means it was finally time to bring out my 2013 Grand Cherokee and get an oil change.

While it was being done, I got to test drive the 2014...

Re: 2013 shift points fixed with TSB

I will have to keep this on my "to-do" list. I mean a chip for my 2013 would be real nice - but until then this will have to do. I am just tired of a lethargic Jeep that I know could be a total beast.

Re: 2013 shift points fixed with TSB

Is this something they'll know to do if you bring your Jeep in for regular maintenance or do you have to mention it?

I am deployed right now so when I get home I'll bring my Jeep in... but I will...

Re: Any new Updates heard for a WK2 Programmer - BullyDog, HyperTech, SuperChip

For a typical tuning shop - the test vehicle will get some baseline runs on a dyno (so idle to redline) and then 3-4 runs on the dyno for each tweak of the tune. So sometimes 30 or so dyno pulls....

Re: La Moolata, she is all grown up now!

Not to hijack, but has anyone found a part number or source of the Trailhawk wheels? I have been looking with no luck so far. I am about to just get mine painted next year instead at this point.

Re: Diablo - HemiFever Tuning - Question?

Any word on when Diablo (and in turn Hemifever) will be supporting the 2013 model year? I have this feeling that they're going to skip '13 and go right for '14+ and I'll be left without any tuning.

Re: New overland 4x4 should something be covering these wires underneath?

Exactly. Skid plates will prevent anything from hitting them. But for 90% of people that never take it off road, they'll never see an issue. Also worth mentioning they are tucked up there pretty...

Re: New overland 4x4 should something be covering these wires underneath?

The connectors are weatherproofed, wires are in cable loom, taped up to factory looks... looks legit to me. There are many more examples like that on many other vehicles. They don't pose a risk, as...

Also, was the ipod cable necessary for...

As much as I like the features of the Kenwood, the Alpine still comes out on top to me, mostly because I think the interface looks a lot cleaner to me, and just my general liking of their products.

Re: 2014 Jeep Cherokee KL - Features & Changes

I'm still trying to decide if I like the look of the new Cherokee or not... or if I would trade in my 2013 GC for a V6 Trailhawk model... it definitely looks like a contender though.

Re: Rocky Road Prerunner

Let's hope RRO changes that, so that us "common" people can buy one as well. I would love the skid plate, but have no need whatsoever for a winch, and would rather not spend such money on one either.

Re: Disable DRLs on 2013 X?

Re: Any new Updates heard for a WK2 Programmer - BullyDog, HyperTech, SuperChip
