Most metallic pads do create noticible dusting. Wagner ThermoQuiet metallic pads minimize dusting.

They should be OE ceramic formulation which minimizes dust. The European vehicle friction has to pass their R90 specifications. Those formulations are more apt to dust.

Driver's Seat Cover Needs Replacing

I just noticed the driver's seat bottom cover on the left side is cracked and the seat heater doesn't seem to be working. Sounds like a conversation with the dealer as it's a 2011 with 68,000 miles...

Had to change the appointment to Wednesday afternoon. Will share any additional info after that. Air temp had to be 85+ with around town driving for me have it happen.

Most likely the pad is sticking in the caliper. If so, pads need to be removed or replaced and spend some quaility time cleaning up the calipers so the pads will move freely after lubing.

Heavy duty pads are usually comprised of Carbon Metallic. Very dirty dusting.

Brake dust build up is the result of the friction makeup. If they're OE pads when was the last time the tires were rotated? The OE pads should be ceramic which minimize the appearance of brake dust.

Check for breakage, the connecting hose between the nozzles is a tick too short and puts stress on the nozzle nipples.

The 2011 uses a 22" on the drivers side and 21" on the passenger side. I'm a long time ANCO user and their Contours work perfect on the windshield. Their AR12A work perfectly on the rear glass.

Interesting point as new tires should have more tread (different outside diameter) than the old tires. It's not only a 4wd thing, but an ABS sensor reading as well.
