Just to make sure everyone saw my post from before, I had the 4WD issue and the dealer (in communication with Jeep engineers) ended up installing a dynamic ABS sensor. I have no way of verifying that...

In the case of your 4WD light being on, sounds like your issue was that it was stuck IN 4WD...

I guess that locked diffs would always dig down in the sand a little when you turn so for that reason they might not be desirable but I would think in a straight run locked diffs would be they ideal...

Add me to the list of 2012 WK2 owners who had to be towed off the beach!

This was my first time having this jeep on the beach (OBX, North Carolina). Drove around for 10 minutes or so just fine....

I have the same problem and finally took it to the dealer today. They ordered a new glove box (warranty) so we'll see it that takes care of it.
