Re: Advice needed.. V6 or V8?

V6 here - I have 24000 miles on ours - my wife drives daily commute in it and gets about 19, depending on traffic conditions. We have towed with it, not heavy trailers, but no issues. I test drove...

Re: V-6 or V-8, regrets?

I have the V6 and no, it is not the hemi, but I am very happy with it - recently towed a trailer - not a big one, just a uhaul - 5x8- and while the load was not heavy, the V6 didn't even feel it -...

Re: To debadge the hood or not to debadge, that is the question.

My 2 cents - I actually like the Jeep logo - simple and clean - and I like the chrome against the blackberry pearl - I think it really sets off the paint- and I don't mind representin' either - so I...

Re: Question about Sport mode

I agree with Nbtstatic - you can feel the QL difference, ride feels stiffer, less roll in a corner. My wife was in the passenger seat and I had it in sport mode on some two lane country roads, and...

Re: Seats diff between limited and Overland

Obviously, this stuff is just opinion, but for my two cents, I really like the seats in the Overland. I have one long trip in so far, and loved them. However, beyond the seats themselves, I love the...

Re: 500 mile plus trip - tire vibration

MrP - They told me they were out of balance - doesn't mean the lugs could have been torqued wrong also, but apparently they pulled both wheels, and as soon as they put them on the machine they showed...

Re: 2011 Overland Blackberry / Frost

Danco-
I had heard the reference to the BB looking purple before I got mine. I have the BB and Frost, and I love the combination. The BB does not look purple - not in direct sun (more of the blue...

Re: 500 mile plus trip - tire vibration

Took it to dealer, pulled both fronts and rebalanced them, - I took it out on the highway, ran it up to the speed where the vibration came on before (77 mph) and no vibration. Happy!

500 mile plus trip - tire vibration

Just took the first long trip in the GC. Overall, great performance. the V6 was fine on the interstate, with plenty of pull, passing tractor trailers easily. The seats may be the best I have ever...
