Re: Cooper Zeon LTZ 275/55/20 Review

Nope, far too big.

The 55's are a big tire. You won't have any problem on the soft stuff.

They definitely won''t "pop" off the rim. You can safely go down to pressures between 12 and 15psi....

Re: Removing Front Air Dam For Off-road

Also, I noticed when going through the really soft stuff, the two front bottom scoops were dragging.
I've since taken them off permanently and it's helped a lot.

Re: Removing Front Air Dam For Off-road

Brett, if you do it once, it's actually really easy.
Took me 40mins to figure it out the first time, but now I know how to do it, it takes less than 10mins.

Tip: much easier having two people...

Re: CRD MY2014 Engine Noisy When Cold - & Auto Gear Shift Jerky

Brilliant info on that TSb for the tranny. I've almost been in 2 accidents in the past 2 months because of late or too early gear shifts.

Almost at 10k, so will wait till then.

That excessive...

Re: Insurance Rip Off

These types of scenarios are coding in their systems. It's how they make extra money.
It's morally wrong but don't know if it's technically illegal :(

Re: ARB Bullbar Delayed

I'm sure Milous would be able to assist us, as he would have seen both on the production line. Just not sure if he's monitoring this end of town ;)

Either way, when chief products release their hooks, I'll be mounting and using them.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

I think that the non-US variants can't do it.

What about the US vehicles that come with hooks as standard?
Haven't heard any stories about bent vehicles over there

Re: ARB Bullbar Delayed

I'm really disappointed with the ARB bar.
It has NO rated recovery points = FAIL

So pretty much, the only way to be recovered is via winch - no thanks.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Maybe we should organise a group BURN day once a month ;)

I vaguely remember reading somewhere that you can monitor the DPF levels with an OBD2 scanner?
Or am I imagining things?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

If I was to stick with the stock size (which I didn't ;) ) I'd go for the Bridgestone D697.

But I love the extra clearance and look of the 275/65's.
After my trip up north, my boot now closes...

I haven't noticed it since, and I was...

Was almost home last night when I started to hear an intermittent whistle noise.
Seemed to happen when cruising around 80km/h.
Started to get a little worried it might be the turbo.

Anyone else...

No rubbing mate, and fully stock. No lift or levelling kit.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

If the dealers are fitting non genuine cameras, then if you want to make a warranty claim, they could very well refuse because it's not genuine - especially if you go to another dealer for service.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

I must admit, I too find the 2013 far better than the 2014 regarding resolution of the rear camera.

Not sure if the feed is going through some compression or not, but it looks rather ugly.
