Will the 275 HP diesel engine come to Jeep?

So this is really a question for those in the know about future jeep movements.

In November of next year my lease is up and i'm able to trade in for a new jeep. So i definitely won't be able to...

Re: Help with drivetrain noise! Please!

The new wheels have a taper on the bore that gives plenty of clearance for the washer, so I don't think the problem is there. I'm going to swap out to my OEM wheels anyway just to be sure.

Re: Help with drivetrain noise! Please!

I was actually going to swap out to my old wheels just in case it was something that stupid, but I definitely think it's drivetrain related.

Re: Help with drivetrain noise! Please!

Yes it definitely gets faster with speed, and yes, it's a bit worse when on full lock. Small steering inputs don't seem to make much difference, but full lock definitely does.
I double checked...

Help with drivetrain noise! Please!

So i just recently lowered my GC Laredo with springs (about 1 inch front and 2 inches rear). I did the install myself and everything went fine. At one point it felt like the driver side drive shaft...

Re: Tuning your EcoDiesel

I assumed the top speed would have been limited to 155 mph, as that's pretty much what all cars here in Europe are limited to. That's why I assumed nobody would be reaching it or wanting to reach it....

Re: Tuning your EcoDiesel

Vmax removal is just removing the top speed limiter. Don't think many people with a jeep will be doing that as I doubt the car can reach it.

Not sure about gutting the DPF, but if it's anything...

Celtic tuning offer a DPF and EGR removal service with their tunes for JGC in the UK. Surely you can ask them for some help?
Also, what about just gutting the DPF? That way you still retain the...

I probably wouldn't mind if they kept it as a fiat. If it's based on the fiat 500L with a 4WD system, then I don't know. I have driven a 500L and it is by far the worst thing I have ever driven in my...

The lowering specs are for an SRT right? Meaning if you were to install them on a Limited the lowering would be much greater no?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Because they have very tall gearing so the engine isnt revving hard. I believe i saw somewhere that it barely above idle when doing 60.

Besides, i'm getting one of those too as my weekend toy.

Re: Group BUY! Eibach springs for ALL makes and models!

Do you happen to know if i can run the WK2 SRT8 springs on a Diesel WK2? Not sure if the V8 ones would work too, but i would prefer the SRT ones as they are lower.
If so, then i'm in!
