Re: Towbar Special

Yep, you need to remove a chunk... about 70x240mm from memory. The kit comes with a really fancy piece of pinchweld to hide dodgy cutting, but it isn't too hard to do a neat job and do away with it....

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Oh yeah... that "feature" shits me no end. I also don't want Aero when I'm pelting along a gravel road. You can actually get the front mud flaps to ground out!

I'm just waiting for something to materialise. I'd really prefer to permanently replace the lower airdam than always having to remove the Tupperware before any trips away.

Well that spec is likely based on what an appropriate ball weight would be for a trailer that heavy overall. A WDH redistributes the ball weight, not the total trailer weight. As mentioned, the ball...

Re: Anyone tuned a CRD yet?

Yeah... I think it's a good thing and worth the cost. You get something practical that you can use, and a bit of gadget value thrown in for fun.

The Redarc's off-road mode seems interesting, but I'm not sure how manageable it'd be in practice. Whether it'd be better in very difficult terrain than a very gentle profile on the P3 would take...

Better than that, I've seen the sensors above/behind the rear wheel arches.

I've also just smashed on four new TPMS into new wheels and immediately had the pressures follow.
