Re: WK2 Grand Cherokee 3.6 & 5.7 owners, RIPP Superchargers has a solution for you!

They did a lot of testing to make sure these kits don't affect either of those issues. The kit pulls hard but I never feel like it is hurting the motor or tranny. And it's certainly not tyrannical ;)

Re: 2014 SUMMIT HEMI 5.7lDO YOU WANT A CORSA CAT-BACK EXHAUST?

I have a summit 5.7 with a Corsa and factory tips welded on. It works great. Sounds great. Very mellow at normal driving open her up and it really growls. ZERO drone. Second best thing I did after...

Re: ANyone have the Magnaflow 19193 exhaust for '14+ Summit?

I wasn't there when it was installed so I can't answer specifics as to the install. I just know that they installed it and indicated it was pretty straight forward.

As far as videos I don't have...

Re: ANyone have the Magnaflow 19193 exhaust for '14+ Summit?

I put the Corsa on my summit and used the stock exhaust tips. There was a little cutting and bending but any reputable shop can do it. It sounds great. I liked the sound of the Corsa better than the...

Re: Ripp Supercharging my 2014 3.6 Grand Cherokee

Can't say enough about my 5.7 kit. It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. Best up grade hands down. If you want more power this is the only way to go.

Re: Thoughts on trading in the '14 Overland for a Yukon Denali?

Seriously, I don't think the OP was asking about the financial implications of the purchase.

What do you mean by primitive axle...did it come off of a wagon?

My wife has a 15 Denali and it is...

Re: How fast do you think your Hemi is?

Pretty tough comparing a naturally aspirated engine to a turbo'd one. Put the Ripp S/C on in and I'm guessing the Ford gets munched. I'm also guessing that little 2.0 doesn't do so well against the...

Re: 5.7 Supercharger 0-60

The shift points are so much smoother than stock. You can drive the jeep with out ever getting onto the S/C. But once you put your foot into the pedal you can feel the power. It jumps off the line...

Re: 5.7 Supercharger 0-60

Just had the Ripp Supercharger installed in my 14 GC Summit 5.7. All I can say is WOW! It is a huge difference from stock. If you have the coin do it. It is so fun to drive.

When you say you were in it do you mean you were in the vehicle while it was being driven? If so, any comments as to performance.

Re: 2015 Tahoe????? No thanks! WAY overpriced compared to grand cherokee or durango

Ouch, thanks for knocking me. I figure I was pretty tech savy. I guess I need to pay an extra 10 grand for an SRT to be able to shift from park to reverse and not end up in neutral.

Re: 2015 Tahoe????? No thanks! WAY overpriced compared to grand cherokee or durango

I guess we'll agree to disagree. You nailed the shifter though, it was the same as my 07 Denali! At least I don't miss gears when I shift with it, unlike the Jeep.

Re: 2015 Tahoe????? No thanks! WAY overpriced compared to grand cherokee or durango

I've got a 2014 summit and a 2015 Yukon Denali (wife's car and kid hauler). The Denali is one of the nicest riding SUVs I've ever been in. The interior is very high quality and compares in every way...

Re: 5.7 hemi supercharger

I was surprised as well. You could add more psi and achieve faster times but it is not recommended and could destroy the engine and driver train unless you replace the weak points. If you want a bolt...

Re: 5.7 hemi supercharger

They said that the SC was bolt on and could be returned to stock fairly easily. Nice to know if you sell the car you can pull the SC out reuse or resell.

Re: 2013 5.7 Performance Package
