The Jeep owner's site says parts are available for both the booster and visor repairs. My dealer says that I'm about #50 on his list for the booster with no parts coming in.

I'd try the simplest thing first. Pull he radio fuses (check the manual for which one(s). That might reboot the hardware.

The problem seems to be that the booster allows water to enter around the center shaft, causing corrosion. I'd find my bill for the repairs, you might be able to recover the cost.

I used my snow mode today. Shifted in at about 15 mph. I noticed no noise or vibration, no indication that any driveline changes were made. Traction seemed better. '11 WK2 hemi.
