I am in Park City, Utah - they salt our roads constantly - always an issue with salt rusting stuff out - but still haven't seen any signs or issues on mine.

Not sure if those can be separated - it is one piece that comes off. I personally am just running the prerunner when I know I am going offroad. It took about 10 minutes to take it off, put it on....

If you are looking for something custom - I would just reach out to them - they build each one by hand, so could very likely meet what ever you need to do. They have plenty of spots to mount lights,...

It is very possible - I did it on mine - you pull the connectors from under the hood, and gently pull it back. No need to remove the front bumper.

Yes. The base stayed the same. All of the other pieces are mounted on from there, so can be added later.
