Got the second set of shocks and they didn't have the metal ring. I am guessing the metal ring isn't needed. I am still confused, but I guess I'll find out when they get installed.

I hear ya brotha. Did you get front and rear SRT8 sway bars? I'm up to about $600 total, but from what everyone says it will be a huge improvement. I'll take pics and let you know, everything should...

Tire rack said they were on back order and then I called and they sent them right away...I ordered another pair through allshocks.com, I'll let you know tomorrow if that metal ring is around both of...

Yes, they are the same, one is missing the metal ring that holds the black peice in place. I am returning both shocks and purchased from another vendor. I got these from Tire Rack.

Happens to me as well. Pulling in or out of the driveway. It's definitely an interior noise...If anyone figures it out, that would be great.

Thanks guys. I'll definitely look at the egr valve and have the PCM updated..Throttle body looked clean... It's not a horrible shake, but I guess if the flash and egr are not to blame, I'll probably...
