Chrysler's orange dyed OEM coolant is a HOAT type coolant, NOT an OAT type coolant.

Their OEM OAT type coolant is dyed purple.

Yes the Focal ISS 690 components will bolt right into the OEM speaker locations.

The tweeters fit in the OEM location but they are tight and you may have to "open up" the tweeter mounting spots...

I upgraded the OEM front Alpine component speakers with Focal ISS 690 components with a noticeable improvement...

Sounds to me like your WK2 had the wrong coolant filled right at the factory.

Yes the all WK2's from 2011~ 2013 will eventually have this TIPM problem. All of them!
Chrysler installed faulty failure prone OEM TIMPs on this and several other carlines right from the factory....

That blank button was for the center roof mounted OEM rear seat monitor for 2011~2012 Grand Cherokees. This option was definitely available for the 2012 model year..... possibly late 2011...

Yes that's true, but legal or not, better foreground lighting that may help you from ending up in a ditch or worse, especially when driving on hard to see black ice is worth breaking a ridiculous law...
