Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Looks great. Not that it matters, but did you weigh the wheels before/after?

Re: 295/45r20s?

I like them - they're cheap and they're the right size. They are a *tad* noisier than what the Pirelli all-seasons were, but I only noticed it with the windows down and the radio off.

Re: well she's on air.

Gotcha. I assumed that you would align at ride height with a system like this but wasn't sure as I don't have personal experience. Thanks.

Re: Done with the SRT - my story

I dunno... maybe. Wife may drive it, I may decide I can't give it up and sell the Raptor. May keep both. In any case, she deserves to be built right; I couldn't bring myself to hack her back...

Re: Done with the SRT - my story

Not much of an update yet other than it is awaiting the transport company and will be heading up to Livernois. It will be torn down there and analyzed. And it will be rebuilt to handle the boost.

Re: Done with the SRT - my story

Mine is about to be shipped up to Livernois to be built. We'll see where it goes from there.

But, yes, I wouldn't build one again without starting with the bottom-end.

Re: Done with the SRT - my story

If he did, he either knows the dealer and is calling in a favor or he paid them off. No way SRT replaced a motor and didn't check it out.

Aside from the pinned crank and the cut line to the fuel pump, or the ECU counters, don't mind those!

Ecoboost now doesn't get that on the regular 2wd F150. MSRP on mine was 59610...not a chance it will drop.

Re: Done with the SRT - my story

Livernois stated that the codes were due to the winter fuel blends. The codes were thrown on the original tune. Clear the codes, update the tune to what they provided, no more codes.

Hell, even...

Re: Done with the SRT - my story

The misfire codes were gone. But that was due to updating the tune.

Yes, it was a risk. I knew that going in And I lost the gamble. Shit happens when you do things to add 40+% more power.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

I ran 3.9 several times bone stock when it was in the 30's and dry. Those times would crest 5.0 when it was 100 out. Cool temps make a huge difference with the stock performance.

Re: Gauge pods for the WK2?

I'd do the A-pillar if there was one made that matches the SRT interior. Market is so small there won't ever be one though. The universal isn't going to match the texture...

Re: Livernois's Whipple supercharged 2014 SRT Jeep

I probably don't have all of the differences, but this is what I know:
- Livernois uses their own tuner and own tune - it isn't Whipple's.
- Whipple uses the Siemens Deka injectors, whereas...
