Scott, why don't you just get rid of this troll? He's been on some of the other Jeep forums too, and all he's done from the get go is bitch and complain about his Jeep. Some have told him to go over...

Re: Tire pressure sensors 2007 WK

If you have the Premium system a low spare will say it's low on the EVIC readout, but won't show the pressure.

Re: Towing with SRT springs

I believe the tow rating for the SRT's is based on the hitch, rather than the springs. I have SRT suspension (sways and lowering springs) under my 06 GCO and I can tell you that the ride is firmer...

That's exactly why I haven't messed with some of the stuff either. Won't either, unless I have a problem with one of the systems.

Re: So who needs a starscan tool when you can get this....

I see this is a pretty old thread but, since then, there is newer/better computerized diagnostic scanners available. I got tired of just being able to read and clear codes and wanted something that...

Re: 3.7l performance love

Jeff, I think you need to get a shift kit for that NAG1. Sounded like some pretty sloppy shifts. And, while you're at it, get a Mercedes pan to put on the tranny too. It'll make the fluid/filter...

Re: Another reason NOT to take your vehicle to the stealer

I am sure some stealers would love to take your new SRT for a test drive. Bet it's a hoot to drive, but I wouldn't care for the payments and insurance costs. I know if I had yours, for sure it would...

Yes, it should help extend the life of the transmission, if you do regular services and address any irregularities as soon as you detect them. What the booster does is increase the line pressure by...

You've sure got that right. The best way I've found to fix it, without tearing down the transmission, is to add the Sonnax Line Pressure Booster and purchase a Superchips Tuner with the Advanced...

Re: Switching to Synthetic Oil in High Mileage Engine

Re: Switching to Synthetic Oil in High Mileage Engine

Re: Switching to Synthetic Oil in High Mileage Engine

I'd go back to synthetic if you weren't having any problems. Kind of, if it ain't broke, don't fix it kind of thing. With that many miles you may have to go to a little heavier oil at some point, at...

Re: New Transmission for our Jeeps

Yep, and that's the biggest reason not to take your ride to the dealership. Most of them do like to run the sunshine pump and upsell on things you don't want or need.

The wife adding oil to the engine

Yesterday I had the wife add a quart of oil to the engine. I don't think I'll let her do it again though, LOL. Notice she's a blond.

A big X2 on this one. If I see a tanker at the station, I won't go near it for at least 2 hours. If gives time for the crap to settle back to the bottom.

Re: Ignition coils and tb for 5.7

Yes, that is my opinion, and not just a cat back. Without improving the VE of the engine you'll only get minimal gains, if any. Again, IMO, some folks pay big $$$ for at TB and almost have to say it...
