Re: Lease vs Run into the Ground vs Replace every 1.5 years

Funny thing is that many people think about leasing in a similar way by stating that you would basically pay on something you would never own.

And then, they tell you they finance their cars for...

Re: 2015 JGC Overland/Summit: How Many Miles So Far and Would you Buy Again?

Those are my favorite colors as well. Although I haven't seen it yet in person, a few members reported that the granite looks awesome in combination with the California Package. Initially, I ordered...

Re: 2015 JGC Overland/Summit: How Many Miles So Far and Would you Buy Again?

Got my '15 Summit last November and after the first 2K miles (yes, I know, that's not much..:D), I'm having no regrets, either (or in other words, would certainly buy again).

The only issues I ran...

Re: 2015 Grand Cherokee - V-8 Or V-6 ??

I assume there is a certain limitation to that. If it's several hundred miles away, they will probably have it put on a flatbed truck.

Mine was probably driven to the dealer but it was only about...

Re: 2015 Grand Cherokee - V-8 Or V-6 ??

If you are really looking for performance, go for the HEMI.

I can assure you though that the difference in consumption will be greater than '1-2 MPG' as somebody suggested earlier.

For me,...

Re: Help me understand lease prices

Looking at when and how you traded, I'd say there wouldn't have been any significant difference between leasing and buying.

After all, how much you paid and what you got when you traded had...

Re: Help me understand lease prices

That totally depends on the individual deal and the residual used (and of course the actual value of your vehicle at lease end).

The current numbers on the Grand Cherokee seem to be quite...

That's a perfect example where you are actually in the driver's seat. Since you are leasing from Chrysler and not from the dealer, you can turn in your ride at ANY dealership - not just the one you...

Re: Help me understand lease prices

I assume 46 is a typo and you meant 36 (46 would be a very unusual term in the first place..).;)

I'm asking because THIS is indeed very important:

Although my lease is set at 39 months, I...

I pointed out that a...
