Re: Stalling on Cold Start

Gas has been from 3 different sources over this period. Within 10-20 seconds or so it smooths out and runs great.

Stalling on Cold Start

I have a 2011 Overland with the Hemi and 3500 miles on it. It will sometimes run rough and/or stall on cold start up. The MIL will come on and stay on. After 3 or 4 drive cycles the MIL will go out....

Reading Trouble Codes

Is there a way to view the Trouble Codes on the WK2 since the method used for the WK doesn't seem to work (turn key on 3 times and odometer will display them)?

Re: Antenna too tall ..??!?

The satellite antenna is in your existing antenna base. The AM/FM is in the sharkfin. Satellite reception is not blocked by the new fiberglass sharkfin antenna.

Re: Antenna too tall ..??!?

Unscrew old antenna. Take wax remover and clean area around antenna base. Use tape to mark position of Shark Fin for getting final position correct. Use provided screw to attach sharkfin antenna lead...

Re: Antenna too tall ..??!?

I went with the "shark fin" from Visualgarage.com and am very happy with it. It is only 2 1/4" high and still gets decent reception. They now have the proper screw to attach the antenna to your base....

Re: Why no Hemi Badging on 2011 5.7L JCs?

The badge referenced in post #2 is the exact match to the one on my 2009 Limited Hemi. The adhesive tape comes on it. Just peel and stick! You can easily put this badge on your 2011.

Re: Is bigger really better?

The reduced luggage capacity of the WK2 is most probably due to the increased whelelbase resulting in more rear seat legroom and reduced luggage space. Can't explain the reduced cargo capacity though.

Re: Will my 07 WK 5.7L with aFe CAI be OK with a Magnaflow Catback?

I have the same setup (Magnaflow cat back and Airaid CAI) and it works real well. Just a slight rumble at cruise (no drone) and quite abit louder on agressive acceleration. I don't see a need for...

Re: Got my Airaid CAI...

Easy install. I had to remove the coolant overflow tank on mine (09) to get the cold air box top to drop down in. Once it's in the tank goes back in its original place easily. Love the sound.

Re: SRT8 springs on Stock WK

The springs were from a 2008 SRT8 and had been removed at 2 months old for Road Magnets. I think the 1" drop looks pretty good. Maybe the SRT side skirts would help with the lower look.

Re: SRT8 springs on Stock WK

The SRT springs are now installed on my 2009 WK Limited. Most noticable was the firmness of the ride. Doesn't seem to float around as much. I didn't get alot of lower ride height though, although...

Re: SRT8 springs on Stock WK

Thanks. I wanted to be sure I had enough travel and cut if necessary when it was apart. I guess i shouldn't hit the bumpstops too often in normal driving.

SRT8 springs on Stock WK

I'm putting SRT8 springs on my 2009 Limited. Do I need to cut the stock rear or front bumpstops? If so, how much should I cut off? Do you just cut off the pointed end with a hacksaw? Thanks

Re: Magnaflow Catback Installed - Slight Issue with Resonator

Sorry don't have a Vid yet. Will post when I do. I really like the sound. A rumble, but not too loud when you don't want it to be.

Re: Inferno V6 Overland Arrived Today!

My Overland has been sitting in KZOA status for a week now!! Does that mean it's being QA'd all that time? Do they inspect them in a different area?
