Re: DOM's Injector Plate- Vibration

BTW, I'll admit that I'm probably incompetent, but I originally went with the drilling procedure because I anticipated that would secure the plate better. However, I did *not* have the nutzert tool...

Re: DOM's Injector Plate- Vibration

I found that velcro alone was insufficient (i.e. the 1500 rpm rattle was still present). I got some plastic shims from AutoZone and simply jamming one in there has completely stopped the rattle. I...

EGT1 works, EGT2 does not. CatB1S1 works, none of the other Cat temp PIDs do. The built in DPF temp PID does not. Your turbo has a wastegate: I've never seen it go below -4 and 20 is a reasonable max...

Re: anyone know what all the software updates are?

Look here: WK2Jeeps.com TSBs (http://www.wk2jeeps.com/wk2_tsb.htm), then take the TSB/RRT codes on your invoice, find them on the TSB page, click the link, and read the PDFs.

Have fun!

I wouldn't worry about it. The experience that many others have had is that our gauge is "honest" unlike other manufacturers who have the gauges retard in a nonlinear fashion. Consequence: the gauge...

Meh. Maybe 5%, but can you really say for certain that it's the fuel that changed your 8.4 L/100 km to 8.0 L/100 km? Personally, I've found that there's too much noise in the signal to tease out that...
