I do have a full size Chevy 1500 4x4 Z71 I could use, but if I go that route I would just jump up to a full size trailer at 7000/7500#.

Thanks, the pop up trailers are double axle with brakes so stopping should be easier on the jeep. My biggest concern is the long distance, The Maine trip is 2400mi round trip from Indiana.

How does your V6 Grand Cherokee pull with this weight? I have a overland V6 and we are now looking at towing a pop up camper. Weight will be 3000# on the low end and a 4200# on the high end. Not sure...

It came with the long ones so i used those. I called ORS Racks and they said they haven't had any issues and would gladly return them. i want to keep them, maybe I can try and move them around this...

I have the slides all the way in, swapped the rear bar for the front and noise was better, but still there. Noticed if i open the sunroof and the screen pops up the noise goes away.

Just installed the chrome side steps. I only removed 3 plastic rivets on the passenger side and none on the drivers side. Install was a breeze, 1hr.

They were standard on my 06 Silverado z71. they lasted to 70k and did really well in all conditions. Just replaced with the revo2s which I like a lot more than the rhs.
