Another forum I am on does this, its great for the little nothings not worthy of a new thread. Its a confidence booster for your WK to let it know even the little things are important... oil change, de-badging, painting bits and pieces, repairs, the fact that you finally got to drive it...

Ill start:

- considering I made all of 2.1 hrs for the 6.5 hrs I was at work, I pulled the grand in, pulled the front end off and rerouted my HID relay harnesses for my fogs and headlamps. When I initially installed them I was slamming them in with no time to worry about wire routing or ballast mounting.
-Checked all my fluids to make sure all was still good considering the open heart surgery done to her a couple months back, all checked out good other than what looks like a slight coolant leak from my radiator end tank.
-dusted her exterior and shined the tires (she got a bath last night but it sprinkled on the way home)
-Installed a steel skid plate!
-Saturday I pulled off my steering wheel to resolve my squeeking clockspring and clicking turn signal cancelor cam, In a moment of NON-thinking I spritzed the clockspring with some spray lube, good news... it is quiet... bad news, I had a "check electric brake system" message in the evic and the traction control light on following. Quickly hooking up the witech I found I had an "internal scm failure". 2 days of driving later it went off and hasnt come back (phew)

I added a new shifter knob. I bought this on eBay last year and I’m just now installing it.
I also installed a dual port flush mounted USB port. It’s non lighted so it won’t draw on the battery while not in use. It almost has a factory look.

Went on a repair and upgrade 'bender' recently. Replaced very weathered, nine year old polished SRT rep wheels that had failed clearcoat (damn northeast winters and salt!) and some minor curb rash with brand new Chrome SRT reps. Looks awesome. I prefer some bling over the blacked out trend. Installed new TPMS as well.

Been dealing with engine exhaust leaks into the cabin and cat issues for a couple years. We have no emissions inspection here so I just lived with it. Finally had enough of the smells and MIL being on all the time. Replaced mid-pipes, cats, and OEM O2 sensors. New Felpro manifold gaskets and hardware kit. Had to have the exhaust manifolds shaved at a machine shop because they were warped (hence the leaks).

Installed Mopar ground effects kit. Looks great! This is the body color SRT8 style front air dam and SRT8 side skirts. I bought an SRT8 reproduction lower front mesh grill ( I know, they say it won't fit non-SRTs) and found a way to make it work. Flipped it upside down, used metal shears to trim off all the excess flanges and tabs, drilled a few holes and zip tied it into the opening. Looks factory. Also removed the standard roof rails and installed the low profile SRT8 rails.

Lastly, installed new headlights. After years of polishing, the factory units were just shot. Replaced rear bumper step guard that was all faded and cracked.

Ok I'll play. Last couple months. New fuel rims just enough offset for bigger tires when its lifted, and just a decent highway tire that is good for light off road. installed a sound system kenwood deck focal flax 3 ways in front and 2 ways in back with a JL audio 12 w6 prowedge. focal 5/1200 amp. integrated radar detector (RL360C) in to deck. did a big 3 wire upgrade with 1/0 ofc wire. Change the battery terminals with 6X1/0 terminals with plans for winch air compressor and lights. stacked 2 coats of ceramic coating for a nice new look. going to do about 5 coats total. Now ignore the times on the 0-60 and 1/4 mile. not far off but wasn't on level road and about 35-3600 ft of elevation.

Just installed new Gibson SS cat-back exhaust system (w/resonator). After doing all the front-end exhaust work a few weeks ago (manifold gaskets, mid-pipes, cats and O2's), the shop told me my suitcase muffler was rusting out and wouldn't pass inspection this fall. So I cut it out and installed the Gibson. Nice product. Perfect fit. Quiet when idling but aggressive sound when floored. Haven't done any highway driving yet, but drone seems to be minimal when Hemi goes into MDS mode. So far I like it.

I've had a couple of Gibson cat backs. They are IMO one of the better sounding without being annoying. At highway speed they are relatively quiet. Open it up and it sounds off.

Fixed my AC! My AC would work sometimes, and other times just blow hot air, particularly on very hot (+100 degree) days. Took it to an AC shop and they quoted me $900 and 6 hours to repair it. I said Nope and took it home, pulled the glove box out and took a look. I did bit of web research, and common issues are blend doors and recirculating doors. I got lucky and it was the gear between the recirculating door and the actuator. I removed the blower motor, and could reach up and move the recirculating door flap back and forth and I could see the gears turning on the recirculating door when I moved it, and I pulled off the actuator and while pushing the dash Recirc button, could see that it was spinning just fine, but it seemed like a piece was missing, there were no gears on the actuator to engage the gears on the recirculating door. A little bit of Google-Fu and found this replacement part. For $13, delivered to my door, I was able to get my AC working again. I feel like I won the lottery!

Here is a shot of the broken gear on the back of the actuator. If yours looks like this, its not doing much!
