I have some serious clacking when applying my brakes and if I am going under 45 MPHS we replaced the calipers, pads and rotors less then a year ago. The emergency brake shoes are fine and adjusted. WE ( my buddies and I) have not the foggiest idea what it can be. any ideas or suggestions before we just rip the whole rear out and try replacing parts all over again

Welcome to the garage.
So the clacking is coming from the rear?
Check the four bolts on each side which holds the rear brakes support plates (and the axle shafts) in place. They tend to come loose over time and can cause movement of the support plates. The problem can also be with the rear suspension, for example play on the upper A-arm center ball joint.
