2004 Liberty Wheels

I was able to pick up 5 near new Wrangler Aluminum Wheels. Unfortunately the offset on the 16" Wrangler Wheels does not match my 2004 16" Liberty. Is it worth trying spacers of should I unload them on Craigslist?
