The tow haul button is frozen in the off position and doesn't move. Possibly due to a liquid spill or sand according to jeep. How do you get access to the button to see if it can be salvaged? Still under warranty but service mgr says its not covered due to nature of malfunction. So far I can only take his word for the cause.
