2012 Bad cylinder head

I have a 2012 GC Laredo 4x4 with the 3.6l. It has been making a weird grinding noise finally the CEL came on. 26k on the clock. Head is on backorder. Hopefully it doesn't blow up before the head comes in. :rolleyes:
