Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? I cannot get the flipper glass to open .... yes the trucks unlocked :lol:

While the truck may be unlocked...
Is the liftgate completely closed or latched shut?
Because the flipper glass will not work unless the liftgate is shut.

I would try an open & close cycle of the rear tailgate and try again.

Lastly, maybe a blown fuse?

Know this is an old post, but was wondering if you'd found a solution?

Experiencing the exact same problem with mine.

Surely the first place to look would be the press button,

Followed by the key fob, assuming you have done the mod

I have to look at the latch but will definitely check the button as well.

I must be out of the loop, what mod is there?

There was a write up of modding the key fob, which allowed you to open the flipper glass by double pressing the appropriate ( unmarked) button on the key fob.

The basics are that the function is there but not operational because the actuating button is missing the contact below the key fob

I’m digging myself a hole here , I’ll try and the post and add a link.

Anyway my thought was that if the button on the tailgate was faulty you would still be able to open the window by using the key fob.

Thanks so much! I will definitely be looking in to it, as this feature is something I would love to have on my Jeep.

Now that I have more time at home, I'll look into both that mod and the issue this week and post my findings.
