2013 JGC WK2 in the UK Tyre sizes - !

Hello!

I have been searching the WWW for days trying to find an answer to my question - no such luck. I have tried tyre centres, garages and even Jeep UK and still no definitive answer. The question is simple;

Can I change my current 265/50/20 tyres for 275/45/20 AT tyre - keeping the same rims/wheels?

I keep hearing people talking about Diff damage and drive train problems. I have changed tyre sizes on a 4x4 before with no issues, but as this is a new jeep, I didn't want to risk it.
