I am set on buying a 2014 SRT but Im waiting for the rear screens to become available as well as the black laguna leather. Im wondering if I should wait any longer after that or wait for the 2015 if some special edition beast is going to come out. I had a 2012 and sold it after a year just before the 2014 was announced. I sold while the price was hot if I waited any longer the selling price would have been a few thousand less so i think i did good!

Anyone have any advice on what I should do? Buy a 2014 in a couple months, wait for a while longer and see if any SE 2014 comes out, or wait it out for the 2015? Keep in mind im driving a 1995 beater ass RAM truck right now and im used to driving a brand new SRT as a DD... lol

i agree with scott, the 2014 model is still very new and not alot of customers claimed their's yet!

so i wudnt expect anything untill its publically there since many rumors r there.

I'd wait to see if the hellcat get announced. But more importantly hopefully they will refine the front and correct the areas they cut corners on for cost savings. Additionally if you want a particular item don't spend that kind of money and not get it. I've done that before and never been satisfied with the package as a whole. That feeling is amplified if what you really wanted gets released shortly after you pull the trigger.

I feel like if you get a white 2014 they already look like the old Alpines with the black grills. The rear chrome is deleted with the new lift gate anyway so if you like the alpine (which I love) just make sure you order a white 2014 with the vapor spider monkey wheels. Either way those 2014's look awesome.

Ya true, that's the plan, white with the black chrome split 5 spoke wheels. I really like the changes they made to the 14.

No reliable intel on any upcoming SE models. September 1st is the usual sales launch date for the 2014 model year, and when launches are early (as with the 2014 WK2) they sometimes intro new SE models at that time. I'm sure SRT has something up their sleeves, it's just a matter of when - but I wouldn't expect anything anytime soon as they are just getting started on SRT production.

Fun fact of the day: The Alpine and Vapor Editions represented 77% of worldwide 2013 WK2 model year SRT production.
