I'm also in Phoenix and also feel the ac is a tad weak. I wish you could turn off the rear Ac vents to get a little more pressure up front! 99% of the time that air is just being wasted in my car

There is a switch between the the two rear vents. You can turn it to full, half, or off.

I believe the setting you think is off is just floor ac

Wow, did not know that the Jeep even had floor vents in the rear. Good to know. I had never got in the back and looked before until today.
