A dealer is telling me that cashmere pearl is no longer available for Overland. Has anyone heard this?

There are only a certain amount of Jeeps with each spec (trim, color, engine, etc.) that are allotted to be built each month, and the allotment for what you are ordering must have been filled. It should open up again in the next two weeks. Hopefully Milous can confirm that I am correct, but I can tell you (with 99% certainty) that Cashmere has not been discontinued forever.

Thanks, for the quick reply. I am sitting in the dealer's office.

Ask him/her if any other colors/options have been "discontinued". My guess is that a fair amount of them are restricted because it is the end of the month. If so, I should be correct and you will only have to wait another ~5-10 days to order.

After pressing them, they clarified that it was an allotment, not a discontinuance. They tried that tactic to get me to take a unit found elsewhere, which did not meet my specs exactly. Thanks again.

No problem. At least they admitted they were feeding you bull$hit. By the way, Cashmere is a sharp color. I saw it on an Overland the other day and was thoroughly impressed. Let us know how it works out!

we have a 2014 Cashmere Summit w/ brown interior it s stunning the color chips and what you see on the internet do it no justice We had a 2012 White Gold that was discontinued right after we ordered it and it was in 2o11 it was a great color also as long as the sun was shining so anything is possible as far as discontinuing a color

I love the color. I have an '11 White Gold and the wife got a '14 Cashmere Pearl. We have a 1/4 mile drive across the former cow pasture driveway and those colors don't show the dirt as bad as most.
