I have a 2014 Limited V6 and had it in snow/ice for the first time yesterday. I was worried with the stock 20 inch tires compared to the AT 17 inch on the 2005 I traded in. Seems like the Select-Terrain system made up for the tire difference. The 50/50 torque split and gear programming changes in snow mode really help your confidence. Now hopefully winter weather is done. I hate it!

Here is a pic of it at a PA Turnpike rest stop:

the 20's do a great job in the snow.

I found that in the (limited amount) of snow situations I was in this year, the OEM setup worked just fine. In the mud of a horse show parking area this past weekend, however...the grip was very limited. This was a factor of the tires, however, not the wheel size...

I tried the Goodyear 20's for my first year of ownership, and are terrible in slushy snow, which is why I am putting snows on 18" rims next year.

charby, that makes absolute sense, especially given where you live. You get "real" snow, compared to down here.
