Hi Big Al! Yup got a Limited in Cashmere last Saturday after ordering in February. Very happy with the color, had hoped it would be "pale" as opposed to gold and I feel it is!! 150 miles as of today, so far so good. By the way the paint work and exterior came thru flawless. Do you have your's yet? Dave
As soon as the Diesels come out I believe I will be getting the Limited in Cashmere Pearl or Overland, haven't decided which model. One question for both of you, what color interior? I want the light frost and either black or brown. I live in the desert so I want light interior colors.
Picked up my 2014 in cashmere pearl limited with morocco black and looks fantastic. No sun roof so it's nice and dark inside at night for napping in the back.
Everybody loves the cashmere color and you don't see many that color.
I ordered mine with the light frost and black (don't know if brown is available) and at a little over 1000 miles now am very happy. have gotten quite a few compliments on interior and the exterior! The seats are more than comfortable and I am real happy about that!! Dave
Ok guys, let's see the pics of your Cashmere Pearl. I can't order mine yet....
Here are a few of my limited !

Thank you Dave. May I just say I'm jealous? lol of both the car and your area. Simply elegant. I'm waiting for the Cashmere Pearl to be in a local lot so I can see the color up close and personal. However, your pictures don't make it look too gold, which I like it that way. I think the pictures from Jeep don't do it justice at all. So thank you, now back to drooling. Are the floor mats factory ordered?
The floor mats are jeep/mopar slush mats; I like the fronts but the one piece rear is a little skimpy in size. The Cashmere color seems to change shade, lighter when the sun is out and darker when less sun or getting dark. Having had and liked mostly silver in the past, I do like this color as I was ready for a change. dave
My 2014 Cashmere Summit with Brown Interior should be here soon!!!!

I have been following this link for some time. Enjoy the comments of the few who are getting the Cashmere. The wait is getting as exciting as a kid feels before Christmas.

Love the look of the Chashmere - totally agree with all who say it looks "classy".
really is a different "appeal" imho than the other more traditional jeep colors. Wife and I have traditionaly been black and silver, with the rare white vehicle in the garage over the years. This time, just had to make a radical change (at least for us)

If everyone is smiling right, I am to receive before by the 10th of June.......

With that, could I ask a couple of questions ?'s:

Window Tinting

Has anyone already done or thought of installing matching window tint on their front driver and side windows? What about on the front window. I know each state has different rules and in kansas it is 20%. What about any on the front?

I have no had tint matting adding to a window before, but dont really like the stark difference they seem to have now. I live in Kansas and believe limit is 20%, which would match factory dyed windows I believe. Have heard some tint shops are excellent on this and others are not. Also heard they can scratch.

What are some thought/feedback? Am I crazy for thinking of doing this on a new very expensive car?

MATS

I haven't found any all-weather mats that look like they will match the brown of the interior. Any thoughts?

Thank you for any thoughts, observations and opinions. Just wanting to learn and wh better to ask then the experts.

Saw 2 in cashmere as I drove quickly by my dealer today in my wife's car. Looks surprisingly like my white gold. Will have to park next to them in my JGC to compare them before they are sold.
Mission accomplished, but it was raining very heavily. The colors are very close with the white gold being a little on the yellow side and the cashmere being a little on the tan side, as you would imagine. I wiped off a spot on both cars to compare the metal flake up close, but the rain did not make it easy. It appears the white gold is more metallic than the cashmere.

Big Al, what is your feeling about the new color?
I found out the brown and light is for the Overland model. In the Limited, it's black.
just ordered the 2014 summit in cashmere pearl with canyon brown interior. I really wasn;t sure how I was going to like it when I finally get to actually get in one, but wow!!!, lov the color/different from blk/red/green/blue/white\brown.....canyon brown interior is so rich looking an I lov that the color is not like reg jeep colors......I wasn't disappointed when I saw her!............juicy!!!!..........sony:thumbsup:
