Click the shifter down once more after you get into drive. The shifter is different, but it grows on you and you get used to it quickly. I agree that sport mode is much better than drive especially when drive has the ECO mode on. The shifting is at higher RPM and is just a smoother and more fun ride. I tend to get up to speed and then some in sport mode though.

LMAO!!

I love the new "e" shifter from a cosmetic standpoint but still find it awkward and clumsy on occasion. Tranny is so smooth I just shut my mouth! I'm always in Eco mode but used the paddles from a dead stop. It isn't bad at all.
