First time owner of a grand Cherokee and want the best tires for the $, yet more aggressive than the stock Goodyears.

Any options that work best?

275/55r20 is what I run on my Overland. Clears everything just fine in all ride height modes. I’d suggest the Falken Wildpeak AT3W or BFG KO2. The Falken is more affordable, but either are great tires that should give long life while making your GC look more aggressive.

Mine 20' comes with Pirelli Scorpion Verde out of factory.

Good tires are expensive, don't try to save money out of tires. Go get Michelin Defenders or Bridgestone Dueler HL alenza plus.
