2014 Seat Ruggedness

Let me preface this by stating I am a big guy; however, at 7000 miles I am getting occasional noise when I move in the seat of just coming from the seat while driving. I had a 2005 model for 150,000 miles without any similar issue.

Between this and infotainment issues I am starting to get aggravated with the 2014...

I'm not a big guy and I had similar noises from my lexus seats after a few months... Maybe 2500 miles. My coworker has similar issues with his acura seats at 35000 miles.

I was able to fix both of them. It happens because the foam presses/rubs against metal parts and becomes "squeaky smooth".. As I call it. My lexus seats were on the hip bolsters and the aura on the back/side bolsters.

I put lithium grease between the foam and the metal and neither of us had another problem 4+ years later.

If it's in an easy to access spot, you could easily fix it yourself.
Let me guess: You bought either a Limited with Lux II, an Overland or a Summit. I am also a big dude, and my dealer warned me that the softer leather seats on the higher trim levels are known for having a lot more "give" than the base-level Limited leather, which is stiffer and thicker. He suggested that I stick with the Limited leather, because it would hold its form better under my 250 pounds of weight and "break in" like a baseball glove in time.
Vermont: I have a regular limited, so it's not the higher grade seats causing an issue for me... I also have about 100 pounds on you...

Andoskyy: Thanks for the tip. I am not handy at all but this should be something my brother in law could check for me...
New to the tread, but notice some squeaking when I go over speed bumps or lift up my left leg on my driver seat. Have a 2014 as well with leather.

Thought I fixed it once when I just readjusted my seat, but started to notice it's back again.

Don't want to dive into taking the seat apart, but having a hard time locating where it's coming from.

Any thoughts?

Try lifting your leg at a fireplug or tree instead of the driver's seat?
