Just picked up a 2014 Summit - went from a Mercedes E500 to a Cadillac Escalade to now the Jeep. I test drove the mercedes, lexus, and infiniti and after I priced out each with options that the Jeep had decided none were worth the price in comparison to what this Jeep has.. I will miss the service each of the prior offered - I sure hope this is reliable and stays out of the shop. Drove it all of 14 miles so far, the Radio is KA, best I have ever had in any of my cars. Comfortable ride, new Uconnect screen is crystal clear with many features I have to learn, nice beefy steering wheel, etc etc.. Having trouble with the voice recognition , perhaps i need to read the book. Went with the Black Pearl Coat with Brown interior. Will keep you posted as to how it all goes the next few days and get some pic's up.

Congratulations Glock!

Reading the book(s) is a good idea, but download the free ones from Jeep.com. From what I have seen, the printed ones have all been superseded.

Jeep Owners | Download an Owners Manual 2004 - 2011 | Jeep

In spite of what the link says, they do have the ones for the 2014s

Thanks everyone - will def post some shots tomorrow - one thing i noticed this evening after getting back from the store is the headlights have Condensation in the headlight housing. Hope that is not a bad sign of an early defect.. Think I read that someone else on this board.

I saw a photo someone else had posted and I believe I saw condensation in their headlights, even though they didn't mention that when they posted the pics. I was just hoping that it was water on the exterior of the lamps.

you should not have condensation in the head lamps housing. a trip to the dealer is what you need.

Is it that they just aren't sealed good enough? So this would be a vendor issue
