Has anyone had the dash replaced on a 2016 Summit? I have inquired at the dealer about it twice before and they keep telling me to let someone know about it next time I bring it in for service. My check engine light came on and I mentioned it when I was scheduling the appointment. I also told the service guy I had Lifetime Maxcare warranty and he tried to tell me the dash was a wear and tear item and probably wouldn’t be covered. I called today and they still don’t know why the check engine light is on and haven’t even addressed the dash yet. They have had the car 2 days and haven’t given me any info. I’ve asked for a call twice to let me know what is going on because I’m borrowing my MIL’s car. Still no call. Any suggestions?
