Hi Guys... I have a 2018 GC limited and today my touchscreen started going crazy. I can not control it at all. My backup camera works just fine, and my uconnect is up to date. Any ideas before I drag it to the dealership - I have a video of what it’s doing but can’t upload. Help!

Haven't had that problem so far but in case it pops up, OPer where is the update?
Might try first re-setting the head unit and if that don't work re-boot the entire Uconnect head unit.
Or simply try a PCM reset.
Although most electronic head units typically reset with a power cycle no telling what these uconnect head units do.

2020 TH. mine has been going wacky intermittently.
Screen just shuts off, sound wont come on, reverse camera stays on.
Then its like a 45-60 second delay, all the buttons I was trying now are functioning, radio commands start working with volume, on/off etc.
Only right when I start it up, happened 4-5 times over past couple weeks
Think I read on the TH FB group that its a bad software patch, but do not know that for fact.
Its been trouble free for a few weeks now (Knock on wood)

Seeing its a 2020 and hopefully the mileage is under 36K, time to take it in to your dealership.
Even if the dealership can't reproduce the issue, there still will be documentation that the issue has been addressed one way or another.
Save all the dealership's documentation in a lock box just in case.
Took the 20TH to the dealer yesterday for oil change and tire rotation at 12,00 miles.
Mentioned the 5 or 6 times the radio has been not working properly, like all of the other posts mention on this forum
said it was up to date and they are going to order me a new radio, take about a week to get in

There are different types of resets.
There's a power cycle reset which preserves the head units memory sometimes call a soft reset.
Basically turning off the power to the head unit by pulling a fuse for about 30 seconds.
Then there is a factory reset sometimes called a hard reset which resets everything including any user memory like radio presets.
The factory reset procedure is your best bet but it varies by trim, year and possibly even Uconnect serial numbers.
There are a few threads here which some have indicated the procedure for a factory reset but you'll have to do a search here for that.

My 2018 GC Altitude has the same issue. Turns out, the screen is delaminating and it is a known issue with Jeeps. Get it fixed under warranty if you can before your phone calls sound like Morse code and it hangs up and then calls the first number in your contacts 6 times before you can even disconnect Bluetooth.
I have a 2018 Jeep GC Overland and the screen is delaminating as well as randomly changing stations, ask if I want to set the time......so frustrating I dont even want to drive the vehicle anymore. It is no longer under warranty. Any suggestions on what can be done to get this corrected?

I also have a 2018 Grand Cherokee with a delaminating screen causing the radio to bounce between presets and asking if I want to reset the clock. Any successful solutions?
