2021 5.7 engine 6k miles only

Did this come out of a WL or WK Grand Cherokee?
Is there “anything” wrong with the entire system you are selling - I am in NJ and possibly interested however only if the engine and everything complete is guaranteed to be in 100% operational condition and like new with only 6k mileage.
Was there any work done on the engine prior to pulling from vehicle (Factory, Dealer, etc) and why was it pulled - Would need the VIN number as well to confirm with the factory this is all legit

Everyting legit on this engine. No issue 2021 6k miles from a 2021 durango. No work done to it. 908 290 6118 if interestwd
