I'd be interested to hear what database version it says on the screen after that update is installed. I've heard the maps updates by HERE are 1+ years old. That's mainly why I use Waze and Android Auto anymore.

I'm looking forward to updating - the database will be about a year old, but approximately 18 months newer than my current database. That saves me from the hassle of downloading maps from a third party (if I can remember AND suspect I'll be out of cell range). Don't get me wrong there are a lot of flows and plenty to complain about. But there is not fully integrated solution (except maybe an old Garmin dash unit with LTM updates) that works well without cell service. I got caught far too many times in 2022 where I was just outside of cell service hiking and fishing in the mountains with a useless cell phone. Of course a few hours later I was at the top of the mountain and had a decent signal. It's too late to download the maps once you are out of range, and that has happened unexpectedly several times.

After providing 13 forms of identification, obtaining TSA level 5 security clearance and activating the nuclear launch codes…. my 2018 UAQ NAV now shows database 21Q4.

Still have to confirm if the new maps do indeed have the new Mass HW exit numbers.

Confirmed… Mass/New England highway new exit numbers are in the 2022 map update.
How'd you get confirmation? Some roads, over passes and new exits where added around where I work in the last 3-4 months and I'd like to know when the time comes, how to confirm if the changes are in a future update.
