Hi, I picked these up of ebay cheap, there a little bit corroded around the edges but I will be getting them powder coated anyway so thats not a problem.

What colour should I go for, i'm thinking black as the original Limited S wheels are black and it keeps it looking standard-ish, or I could have them done in silver, what do you guys think. I'll be taking the chrome lip off as I don't like the look of it and the previous owner liked curbs by the looks of it.

I also got some 285/35/22's to go on once there finished.

And a pic I took this morning, the bloody cold weather in this country won't go away, last year at this time it was nearly 20 degrees, today is 1 degree.

Cheers, Rob

Very sharp. Maybe black chrome or matte grey? Looks like plenty of offset? Nice find as well on the sills. Your SLimited is looking great, enjoy.

Black Chrome's a good idea, I had it done to my 300c wheels, I had to have them redone due to the common Chrysler wheel corrosion but it was a good colour while it was on.

I thought about that but I did some trial runs on Forza Horizon and the chrome lip dosn't look right with the black and red of the body, I'll be getting the window trims done when it warms up so if I had the lip it would be the only silver on the car. I'll be trying the rims on the car tomorrow because my powder coater is on holiday till next week so I'll get a better idea how the lip / dish looks.

My grill and rear brow are black so I was swaying towards a darker colour than silver, I think the black looks good with the red Mgp calliper covers.

I've looked at the weather forecast here and might have to leave changing the wheels for now as we have a lot of snow coming and the tyres that are on the rims are knackered.
