If you are talking about the plastic pieces and not the body colored part, then yes u can. I haven't done it but have read a few post from people who lifted their jeep doing that.

Sure can. It's noted in the owners manual.

OFF-ROAD DRIVING TIPS

NOTE: Prior to off-road driving, remove the front air
dam to prevent damage. The front air dam is attached to
the lower front fascia with seven quarter turn fasteners
and can be removed by hand.

If you have ACC/FCW, remove the sensor too.

While some other potential off-roaders may read this thread, what does everyone normally air down their tires to? Sorry to thread jack.

I'm in CO so it is a bit rocky here (obviously), so I feel like lowering the PSI too much will make the tires easier to pinch / cut on rocks.
