Your target needs to be a Limited if you don't want QL, but do want 4x4 and Factory Towing availability. MOST JGCs have 4x4 so that part should be easy. For Factory Towing, it's important to inspect the build sheet for the VIN you are considering to insure that it actually has Factory Towing as it has implications around capacities. Factory Towing, as you likely know, isn't just a hitch and connectors for wiring; it also includes modifications to suspension, cooling and electrical systems to properly support the JGC's towing capabilities and capacities.

That is not true. Both the MY22-23 WL-75 (3-row) and WL-74 (2-row) have QL on the Trailhawk, Overland, Summit and Summit, etc. "WK2" for MY22 was a short term overlap and only included the three lowest trims.

Air suspension was temporarily deleted from certain trims due to the chip shortage. That is my understanding, anyway. Warranty issues are not a big deal on the QL system. Case in point---they are still offering QL after what, 12 model years now?

True, but the specific vehicle mentioned by 'biggy was one of the 2022 "WK2"s that were produced in parallel with WL and only in the lowest trim levels. Altitude (a Laredo) hadn't had QL available much at all for "WK2".

Yes, I know...'just wanted to make sure that it was clear that 'biggy was referring to a "WK2" since you quoted him. There is sometimes confusing here in the forum because of the platform production overlap and that short period of time when Laredo, Altitude and Limited "WK2" was still offered while WL-74 (two row) was already rolling of the line next door.

I share your hope that the supply issues with the "goodies" is abating and that features like QL and eLSD return to all the trims/packages that they normally would be available for in the new platform.
